Room #1 is located on the ground floor of the bed & breakfast. It has a queen size bed and private bath. Room is air conditioned & has electric heat for cooler months. *All rooms have access to coffee center, refrigerator, iron, & hair dryer.

$100 single occupancy

$135 double occupancy

Weekend Rates

Friday & Saturday

$100 single occupancy

$145 double occupancy
(and holiday Sundays - Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends)

Additional persons in room:
Ages 5 and under- $10.00 ea.
Ages 6-12- $25.00 ea.
Teens- $30.00
Ages 18 and up-$50.00

Room rate includes breakfast and dinner, plus pick-up when you arrive. $50.00 deposit (non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to arrival date.) A 9% tax will be added to room charges
